Beginning our journey in 1995 as a distributor of HDPE pipes we, Sea-Bird Engineers Pvt. Ltd. later diversified our operations to include the manufacture of HDPE/PP Spiral tanks from HDPE/PP sleeve. Today with over a decade of experience in this field, we have come to be recognized as one of the leading manufacturers of pickling tanks, spiral tanks, etc. in the area of our expertise.

• HDPE/PP Spiral Tanks: Capacity ranging from 500 ltr- 40,000 ltrs to be used as storage tanks/reaction vessels having accessories like baffles, HDPE Cooling coil, Dip pipe, stuffing box etc.
• Pickling tanks: HDPE/PP open rectangular tanks upto 15 mts length for acid pickling and washing.
• Scrubbers: HDPE/PP scrubbers as per customer's designs.
• HDPE/PP Lining on M.S. Agitators. HDPE/PP lining inside/outside M.S pipes to be used as dip pipes.
• Any fabricated item of HDPE/PP as per customers requirement.

• Wide temperature range: -40 degree C to +80 degree C for HDPE & upto +100 degree C for PP.
• Resistant to UV radiation, so can be safely installed outside.
• Resistant to abrasion, so ideal for handling slurries and pastes.
• Non toxic, non-absorbent and does not promote bacterial growth.
• Lightweight with hardly any installation cost.
• Accessories like flanged inlet & outlets, manhole with cover, valve, sight glasses can be provided.
• Open tank and tank with conical bottom can be manufactured and Baffles & HDPE coils can be provided.

Our Strength

One of the best thermoplastic polymers in which 90% of chemicals are handled, our spiral HDPE/PP tanks, pickling tanks, etc. are manufactured as per the latest German technology. Our state of the art factory spread over an area of 700 sq.mt has ample storage area as well as fabrication area with total facility for fabricating tanks upto 3 mt. diameter and of any length. Well equipped with the latest machineries we can manufacture around 12-20 units of pickling tanks, spiral tanks, etc. per month depending upon the size of individual units.
